This creepy/awesome video from Sunset Rubdown’s website answers my question from a few posts back.  Paper Lace is most definitely reworked for Dragonslayer.  Maybe Spencer has a thing for Family Ties and this a birthday (May 4th) present for him?  I don’t know but the song sounds great.  I’m preordering the LP from Insound because on 5/21 I will get access to the digital version so it’s kind of like getting the leak over a month before the album drops because you supported the artist; perfect.
